Using this website

We are committed to providing a website that is as accessible and usable to as many people as possible. For example, that means you should be able to adapt the site to suit your needs, as follows:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

The website text has been made as simple as possible to understand.

Recite Me - accessibility tool

To help customers use this website in a way that suits thems, we have installed the Recite Me toolbar which can be opened by selecting the ‘Read and translate’ link in the website header. It lets you listen to text, change text size and colours, and use translation tools. You can find more about Recite Me on our Accessibility page.

To help people who use a keyboard or a screen reader, we provide a skip to content link. When you press the Tab key, a “Skip to content” link appears at the top of the page. Selecting this link takes you straight to the main content, skipping the page header and navigation.
