Report dog fouling

Use this form to report dog fouling in public places in Norwich so the council can arrange removal.

Norwich City Council is responsible for removing dog fouling on public land, including:

  • roads
  • pavements
  • footpaths
  • parks and open spaces
  • other council-managed areas

We aim to clear reported dog fouling within 24 hours, or the next working day if reported outside normal hours.

This form should not be used for:

  • Issues on private land (these are usually the responsibility of the landowner)
  • Reporting dangerous dogs or dog-related incidents (contact the appropriate authority)

Information you will need before you begin the form
