Norwich City Council is responsible for removing dog fouling on public land, including:
- roads
- pavements
- footpaths
- parks and open spaces
- other council-managed areas
We aim to clear reported dog fouling within 24 hours, or the next working day if reported outside normal hours.
This form should not be used for:
- Issues on private land (these are usually the responsibility of the landowner)
- Reporting dangerous dogs or dog-related incidents (contact the appropriate authority)

- Details about the issue (for example, size, extent, or repeated problem areas)
- Any photos (if available)
