Norwich City Council is responsible for removing fly-posting on public land, including:
- Roads
- Pavements
- Footpaths
- Parks and open spaces
- Other council-managed areas
Fly-posting includes unauthorised posters, stickers or adverts placed on street furniture, walls, or other public structures.
This form should not be used for:
- Advertising enquiries or permissions
- Graffiti reports (please use the graffiti reporting form)
- Issues on private land (these are usually the responsibility of the landowner)
Information you will need before you begin the form
Before starting, make sure you have:
- The exact location of the fly-posting (for example, street name or nearest landmark)
- A description of what has been posted
- Any photos (if available)
Please note:
- You must complete and submit the form in one session
- The form cannot be saved to finish later
- Allow enough time to complete all sections
