Report fly-posting

Use this form to report fly-posting in Norwich so the Council can investigate and arrange removal where appropriate.

Norwich City Council is responsible for removing fly-posting on public land, including:

  • Roads
  • Pavements
  • Footpaths
  • Parks and open spaces
  • Other council-managed areas

Fly-posting includes unauthorised posters, stickers or adverts placed on street furniture, walls, or other public structures.

This form should not be used for:

  • Advertising enquiries or permissions
  • Graffiti reports (please use the graffiti reporting form)
  • Issues on private land (these are usually the responsibility of the landowner)

  • A description of what has been posted
  • Any photos (if available)
