Please include details of your situation so we can help quickly.

Are you at risk?

You may be at risk of homelessness if:

  • you’re likely to lose your home within 56 days
  • you’ve received a Section 21 notice
  • you’ve been served a Notice of Seeking Possession (NOSP) ending within 56 days

What happens next?

If you're eligible, we’ll work with you to create a Personal Housing Plan — a step-by-step guide to help prevent or relieve homelessness.

Depending on your situation, we may:

  • talk to your landlord
  • offer legal advice
  • refer you to support services
  • help you find affordable housing
  • support you with benefits, deposits, or financial advice
  • connect you with training or job opportunities
  • refer you to supported housing or hostels

If we can’t prevent homelessness, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live.
