Neighbour dispute mediation service
If you're having trouble resolving a disagreement with a neighbour, Catch22 offers a free and confidential service to help.
They can support you with issues like:
- noise complaints
- verbal abuse
- other antisocial behaviour.
You don’t have to meet your neighbour face-to-face. Catch 22 can speak to each person separately to help find a solution.
How it works
- voluntary: You choose to take part and can stop at any time
- no blame: We don’t take sides or judge
- confidential: Your information is kept private unless there's a safety concern
- flexible: Meetings are arranged at a time and place that suits you.
