Report a dead animal

Use this form to report a dead animal on public land that Norwich City Council is responsible for, including public roads, pavements, footpaths and parks. Reporting the location helps us arrange for the animal to be removed safely and appropriately.

What you can report

Use this form to report:

  • dead animals on roads, pavements or footpaths
  • dead animals in parks and other public spaces
  • animal remains on land maintained by the council

What you will need

Before starting the form, please have:

  • the type of animal, if known
  • details that will help us identify the exact location, such as nearby landmarks
