Report a litter bin issue

Use this form to report problems with litter bins on public land that Norwich City Council is responsible for, including litter bins located on public roads, pavements, footpaths and in parks. You can also use this form to report bins that are full, damaged, vandalised, missing or otherwise unusable.

What you can report

Use this form to report:

  • litter bins that are full or overflowing
  • damaged or vandalised bins
  • missing bins
  • bins that cannot be used
  • graffiti on litter bins

What you will need
