Report a street cleaning issue

Use this form to report street cleaning issues on public land that Norwich City Council is responsible for, including public roads, pavements, footpaths and parks. You can use this form to tell us about areas that need cleaning, accumulations of litter, debris or other cleanliness issues that require attention.

What you can report

Use this form to report:

  • litter on streets, pavements or footpaths
  • accumulations of leaves, dirt or debris
  • areas that have been missed during street cleaning
  • cleanliness issues in parks and other public spaces
  • other street cleansing issues on land maintained by the council

What you will need
