Report bodily fluid issues

Use this form to report bodily fluids in public places in Norwich so the Council can arrange safe and hygienic removal.

Norwich City Council is responsible for removing bodily fluids on public land, including:

  • Roads
  • Pavements
  • Footpaths
  • Parks and open spaces
  • Other Council-managed areas

This form should be used for issues such as blood, vomit or other bodily fluids found in public spaces.

This form should not be used for:

  • Issues inside private properties
  • Medical emergencies (contact emergency services if there is an immediate risk to health or safety)
  • Sharps or needles (please use the sharps/needles reporting form)

Information you will need before you begin the form
